But I sincerely hope to see a second season of Absolution soon. The project is somewhat lost against the background of Arcane and The Legend of Vox Machina. The artists at Reddog Culture House did a great job: the backgrounds, drawing, shadows, lights, reflections, character movements - look VERY BEAUTIFUL. Checked out Metacritic for Dragon Age 2 reviews (after hearing about all the changes from Origins, was a bit skeptical).
Nice character design and most importantly the drawing and animation. I'll start with the shortcomings: the plot is not very entertaining - a very unsophisticated story, I think that the robbery story could have been presented MUCH more interesting - the scriptwriters don't manage it.Īnd of course Netflix SJV, of course 4 out of 5 main characters are homosexuals)) In some scenes you can notice static shots and characters faces (I guess they tried to save on animation here because of the small budget).Īnd there are only 6 episodes, and I wish there were at least 10-12.Īnd now to the pluses: there's a very interesting setting - really like D&D fantasy.
